It seems so complicated to make a banner, what information do you need from me?
The minimum information we require from each client is the custom text they would like displayed on their banner. Optionally, our customers may provide logos, unique images, and custom stock photos. By default, our designers will select appropriate stock photos based on your criteria.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Normally each order is delivered in under 3 days. However, during peak order volume, it may take up to a week. If your order has been neglected for over 1 week of the order date, please contact us immediately.

I don't have a logo, is this included with my banner?
At this time we do not offer a logo design service. If no logos are included, we will use text with effects styled to match your web site.

Do you design flash banners?
No, we do not offer a flash banner design service at this time. Alternatively, our banners are vividly animated and offer a clever alternative to flash banners

Where can I send my files/material to?
You will receive a welcome email from our system as soon as you place your order. In there you will find a link that you can follow to upload your file(s). You may upload photos, logos, .PSD files, etc.

I'm not sure what I should include on my banner, can you help?
We only request that the specific text that you need on your banner be included with your order. You may include any custom images or logos you would like. Our designers normally have no trouble selecting stock images that represent your web site if you are unable to provide your own images. However, for maximum satisfaction, we encourage our customers to try their best to include as much information as possible.

How can I make a payment?
Unfortunately at this time our order form only accepts PayPal. However, if you would like to pay by using a credit card, we can send you a payment link for our 2checkout.com credit card processing service. All of our payments are processed with guaranteed security.

Will you advertise my banner?
BannersMall.com does not directly handle advertising solutions for our customers. Our partner AdBrite is capable of handling your finished banners through their highly regarded and recommended services.

What if I need modifications to my banner?
Generally after one revision, we reach maximum satisfaction. However, if necessary we will amend the proposal five times. If you are still not satisfied with the banner after the fifth revision, we will refund your money.

What types of changes/revisions are allowed?
You may request changes such as color, text positioning, animated frame positioning, etc.
You may NOT request changes made to the overall size of the banner, nor may you request a complete re-write of the advertisement text. This will be considered a different banner and normal fees will be charged.

Does bannersmall.com accept orders with adult content?
Yes, as long as they do not exceed legal or moral bounds.

Will my banners include animation?
All of our banners are animated by default. If you would like your banner to be static (non-animated), then please do not forget to include the request within your details.

What are .PSD/Source files?
Source files, or .PSD files, are the Adobe Photoshop project files which contain each editable layer allowing you to easily modify them. We create all of our banners using Adobe Photoshop. Having the source files allows you to modify your banners without having to ask us for assistance. Although, if you are having trouble editing your source file, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
If you're not satisfied with your order after five revisions, we will refund your money. However, refunds are only available within the first 48 hours of final delivery. If you fail to notify us of your dissatisfaction within the first 48 hours of final delivery, you will no longer be able to request a refund.

Do you offer package deals?

Does price vary depending on the dimensions of the banner?
Price varies slightly based on the dimensions of your banner. Generally, the larger the banner the higher the price. You may look at our prices page for the popular dimensions and prices, as well as request a quote if you are in need of a banner with custom dimensions.
